As far as 2006 goes, we squeezed in 2 shows at the World Famous Mr. T’s Bowl. This is the club where AHKA made their debut almost 10 years ago, and the bands favorite place to play.
Many thanks to Arlo and Gus for their hospitality. It is nice to play a show without all the Hollywood bullshit. Keep up the good work guys.

We will be playing there again Saturday April 14th 2007 with DALI’S LLAMA!

For the August ’06 show AHKA recruited Ian Dye on drums. Ian also mixed and mastered the DISTORTION CLINIC CD as well as playing a variety of instruments. The band is looking forward to playing more shows with Ian in ‘07.

Matt Stein will be naked and playing drums for the legendary NUDIST PRIEST February 24th at Safari Sams in Hollywood CA.

NUDIST PRIEST performs Judas Priest covers naked. Check out the write up in the January issue of SPIN magazine (page 40) This is Matt’s first show behind a drum set in 5 years and John Ramirez swears this is the last show ever.
